In the field of implementing a comprehensive enterprise resource panning (ERP) solution

three major customer challenges

The existence of insular systems and the lack of effective communication between different departments of the Iranyan Zarand Steel Company has caused the information to be scattered between departments. Also, the resistance to change and the use of traditional procedures in the digital age had increased the time of doing things and incorrect reporting.
Registering reports in the traditional way made reporting based on real-time data and making correct decisions based on data mining of reports impossible.
The previous contractor’s lack of technical ability to establish a comprehensive solution in order to integrate processes and departments, as well as the contractor’s lack of familiarity with the industry and related products.

4- Preventing financial losses through integration
5- The possibility of using integrated information in future planning (strategic planning)

in the field of infrastructure integration

three major customer challenges

Zarand Iranyan Steel Complex has located 7 km from Zarand-Kerman road on a land of 390 hectares. The size of this area, along with the difference in the level of the areas of this project, which varies from 4 meters to 90 meters above the ground level, made monitoring work very difficult for the human force.
The high temperature, the possibility of ordinary cameras exploding, as well as the presence of dust in parts of this industrial area made it impossible to install the same cameras in all parts.</span >
The design, supply, and implementation of the data center with an in-row cooling system were among the requirements of this industrial complex.

How did we help them?

1- Designing the supply and implementation of a data center with 26 racks with an in-row cooling system and a cold closed corridor
2- Installation of 1089 surveillance cameras in an area of about 200 hectares
3- Installation of cameras with high temperature and anti-explosion capabilities called NTP cameras
4- Installing cameras capable of recording quality images in places with a lot of dust
