The license plate reader system of Fenap Infrastructure under the brand name “Beh-Khan” is a product that provides all the control and management services of vehicle’s traffic, as well as recording all types of driving violations (unauthorized speed, crossing traffic red lights, traffic zone, etc.) based on the recognition of the license plate.
Beh-Khan system has been implemented with the approach of domestic production (hardware and software) according to the world standards. Beh-Khan hardware
License plate reader camera is installed to record images of license plates at any point under the coverage zones. This camera has the capability to record images with good clarity and quality round the clock and in different weather conditions. A server is used for software installation to be an interface between the license plate reader camera and the central server.
Beh-khan software
Beh-Khan’s web user interface, designed and developed by the expert programmers of Fnap Infrastructure, allows the system administrator to check and extract all kinds of reports and provides a management and planning platform for Beh-Khan servers. On top of the high quality standards, this domestic system has the capability to be customized based on customer needs.

In the plan to identify and enforce the law on cars without technical inspection, by accessing the database of the vehicle technical inspection headquarters and matching the license plates registered by the smart violation registration systems, cars without technical inspection will be identified and the law will be applied according to the law.

One of the important strategies of Fanap Infrastructure Intelligent Transportation Unit is the development and improvement of ITS products using the potentials and capabilities of the company’s specialists and in line with the needs of customers. As a result of this approach, in 1400, the hardware and software part of the license plate reader (which includes the camera and computer system) was redesigned and an integrated product was produced. This product is designed in such a way that two separate parts of the camera and the hardware system are placed in a single format (with the same dimensions as the previous product). The new design of this product significantly reduces the final cost and maintenance cost.

The speed violation registration system of 120 points on the transportation axes of Fars province has significantly reduced the number of accidents leading to death and has made it possible to manage entry plates from each province and track vehicles with orders.
